He needs to run on his own to build his cardio level. It is highly recommended that you set aside 30-45 minutes each night and require your son to complete his homework during that time. Bad grades = No wrestling! If your son is serious about competing this year, especially at the varsity level, please consider limiting potentially high risk activities like skateboarding, skiing, motor-cross, etc., until after the season.
